Fall Is Here

Gosh, I can't believe I haven't been here for a couple of months, I guess I have been too busy, not really, I forget about it sometimes. Well the fall in almost here, it's my favorite time of the year. I love the cooler nights and most of all the beautiful sights with the trees changing colors. Every year, except last year we have had a Halloween Party. not sure if we are this year. I would like to, but its a lot of work.

I made it back, I didn't know how hard it would be to find time to post here. I have been really busy at Heritage Scrap. This month is the 1 year anniversary. I have been with Kate at Heritage Scrap from the beginning and I love making layouts for the shop. This month the designers all made a collaboration called Heritage Builders, all of the kits are so beautiful. All this month there will be challenges and lots of fantastic sales. This is my grand daughter Nicole, she is in the Little Miss Bond County Fair Pagent that takes place in August, she had to have photos taken for the newspaper and of course I took a few while she was all dressed up

Very Busy Weekend

I was pretty busy this weekend, I decided to take Theresa up on the challenge of doing 25 layouts in a weekend. I made it. I loved working with kits that I have used before, I saw them in a different way this time. I also used a few new kits also.

Happy 4th of July, One day late....

Life has been sorta busy lately. My son and daughter-in-law asked if we wanted to spend some time in Branson ,Mo. with them. We went for a few days. It was relaxing. Went on a boat ride and out to eat. My husband is on the kick about moving to a different location, so we looked at a few places on the lake.
I really don't have any desire to move. He moved me to the country under protest. I love it here now and he wants to move me again.
I had to babysit a day for my other son, him and his wife went to Vegas for the 4th. It's not as easy taking care of kids, especially the infants.
It rained all day here yesterday, so no fireworks. I am sure lots of plans were messed up by the rain.
I did get to do a little scrapping so I have a few new layouts to post.

My First Post

I am a Creative Team member of two wonderful sites, DigiZines Studios and Heritage Scrap
I first started as a CT member for Teri and Jean at DigiZines and later started making layouts for
Heritage Scrap.
I guess my first love is scrapping my heritage photos that I inherited from my mother in law and my mother. I also like to take photos of my grandchildren and scrap them.
